Junior Summit 1998

• 8,000 youth ages 10-16, 4000 entries, 134 countries in 16 languages were submitted to Junior Summit 1998
• Entries were selected  of the 1000 teams to participate in the Junior Summit Forum from Sep1,1998-Mar.1999
• The 1000 teams were assigned one of 36 HOME ROOMS and started talking to each other on 9/1/98
• The 1000 teams  selected 100 youth to represent them at MIT in Cambridge, MA, November 15-21, 1998.
