Millennium Dreamers

Day Two

Morning came awfully early. Some of us You've got to be kidding had the "you've got to be kidding" attitude. Nevertheless, breakfast was served in our rooms and drinks [coffee, tea, and hot chocolate] were served in the morning light Morning coffee - YES!. Those nephews may have been bright eyed from staying up all night, but some of us really needed our coffee!

Breakfast dispensed with, it was off to Epcot where the Millennium Dreamers were again welcomed in style Epcot Welcome   The Millennium Dreamers Ambassadors (that's the kids), had arrived before the Ambassador's Chaperones and Guests (that's us), to prepare for the Ambassadors Group Photo and Recognition Ceremony at the Epcot Fountain Stage. What fun it must have been trying to direct 2000 kids from 90 countries who spoke over 50 languages! Let's take a look at some of the results Millennium Dreamers Ceremony.

The rest of the day was a time for play. This parrot, outside of the Mexico exhibit, looked very real Parrot  even though it ran on batteries! Well, that's what I tried to tell Evan. But he didn't believe me! Anyway, the informational ride and tour of Mexico was great! Mexico

There were many countries to visit in the "Tapestry of Nations" and we got to most of them. Some favorites included China China   where we had lunch. And Norway Norway   where we had dinner.

We listened to the band at Germany Germany   then took a boat trip across the "World Showcase Lagoon" World Showcase Lagoon.   where we felt "in the pink" In the Pink.   in spite of the heat and humidity. Of course there were some ferocious creatures around Ferocious creature   so we had to be very careful at times!

We couldn't miss Spaceship Earth Spaceship Earth   - that's what's inside that big golf ball!

And once again, good night! Good Night
